Mr. DeMartini represents individuals in employment discrimination cases and wrongful termination cases. He has successfully obtained hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for individuals who have been the victims of sexual, racial, and gender discrimination while at work. 

Mr. DeMartini represents both employees and employers before the California Labor Commissioner on wage and hour issues. He regularly handles State Fair Employment and Housing Commission cases as well as Federal EEOC (U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and private EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) cases.
